On Sunday August 19th I returned to Myrtle Beach and stopped back to ask more questions. In Summary on Tuesday August 21st I met with Project Manager Dennis and Broker in charge Jack and purchased a Palm intracoastal 4 bdr home to be finished next year. I immediately listed my existing Lauderdale Bay 3 bdr condo with Ashley that same morning. If you are looking to buy a home in a conveniently located waterfront area you won't find a better value. Low HOA of $75 per month.Great quality home where you get more than you expected without paying an upgraded price. If you want to sell a MBSC home, these folks get a lot of walk-in traffic in their model home/office each day that are interested in buying.
